SUPERvision Training

SUPERvision Training helps improve your knowledge, skills and qualities to help all staff have an excellent experience in supervision.
2 Samuel 23:4, "When one rules justly over men, ruling in the fear of God, he dawns on them like the morning light, like the sun shining forth on a cloudless morning, like rain that makes grass to sprout from the earth..."

SUPERvision Pre-Work & Learning Cohorts:

Prior to attending SUPERvision training, participants will be encouraged to complete 2-3 hours of pre-work, including a short Bible study and several preparation exercises. Learning cohorts will launch at SUPERvision training where participants will be seated together with their cohort and a facilitator and will then meet five additional times via ZOOM calls, about once per month. During each cohort call, participants will have the opportunity to review the material for one of the 5 training modules, share openly about implementation steps, and process questions and challenges together. These calls are valuable for keeping new learning and goals in focus and incorporating vital skills into supervisory practices over time.
