Christopher McCluskey is President of Professional Christian Coaching Institute, the world’s largest Christian school aligned with the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF). PCCI has trained thousands of life & leadership coaches in more than 50 countries and in many of the world’s most influential ministries and businesses.
Frequently cited as the 'Father of Christian Coaching’, Chris pioneered the industry in the 1990’s and co-hosts the top-rated podcast, Professional Christian Coaching Today as well as the weekly men’s podcast, The Entrepreneurial Family Man. He is a popular keynote speaker, thought leader, media personality, and executive coach.
He and his wife, Rachel, are best-selling authors of the marriage classic, When Two Become One, and are blessed with 7 children, a wonderful son-in-law and the cutest grandson you’ve ever seen.
Cheryl Scanlan is president of Way of Life Coaching, a coaching firm focused on
professional and personal development. She has personally trained over 1,000 coaches and worked with hundreds of leaders logging over 10,000 hours of coaching. She also serves as Provost at Professional Christian Coaching Institute, overseeing their ICF-approved curriculum and faculty.
Cheryl was an executive in a multi-million-dollar firm in New York; and
combines a strong business acumen with a passion for the Christian coaching
industry to facilitate the development of confident ambassadors for Christ in
both corporate and ministry environments. She’s a certified Leadership Development Coach and a Master Certified Coach through the ICF, the highest level of achievement in coaching.
She lives in North Carolina with her husband, Tom, and together they have raised two boys.
Barry Engelman is an Executive Coach and Partner with Building Champions, an Executive Coaching company. In his 21 years with BCI, he has played several roles that have included coach training, account management and President. Through it all, coaching has been the consistent theme. “As far back as I can trace in my life, the call of coaching has been clear.” Barry is helping to grow and build an alliance of Christ-centered coaches, Advancing Kingdom Leaders, this collaboration among coaches is expected to launch later in 2020.
Barry is passionate about helping both executives and young, emergent leaders gain clarity on their gifts and calling and integrate that into their vision as they lead themselves and others. Barry joined Building Champions after more than 13 years in the investment banking and real estate finance industry. He has over 12,000 hours in the coaching seat having helped hundreds of clients achieve professional and personal success. Barry is a graduate of California Lutheran University with a degree in finance.
Barry has been married 28 years to his wife, Karin. They have enjoyed raising their three sons. He enjoys serving others and having big adventures with his family. These adventures typically include snowboarding, fly fishing and hiking; pretty much any excuse to be outdoors.
