All staff who have served seven or more years are encouraged to take a three to six month sabbatical to disengage from normal ministry and leadership to allow for reflection on life and ministry. A sabbatical is a unique opportunity to revive your soul through rest, hear from God, confirm your calling, revive creativity, and experience a renewed vision.
Ready to start planning your sabbatical? You might want to consider attending the Sabbatical Orientation Workshop (SOW)—check out our Events page for the next available dates.
